Carpet Cleaning Service Burwood — Same-Day Stain Removal

We respond quick response for any Burwood, Burwood Heights or Bennettswood address for genuine emergencies like sewage contamination, flood damage or large pet accidents that need immediate extraction to prevent permanent staining. For standard bookings, we offer prompt service if you call before 2pm Monday-Saturday —Burwood jobs get scheduled 3-5 hours after your call, depending on our workload that day. Sunday bookings go to the next available weekday unless it's an emergency, in which case we attend within 3-4 hours with a $60 after-hours surcharge. Our truck is based in Burwood East and covers Boroondara faster than companies dispatching from Dandenong or Ringwood.

Standard lounge rooms (15-20m²) cost $95-$140, bedrooms $65-$95 and hallways $55-$85, with prices rising for heavy furniture that slows the job, wool or silk fibres needing pH-neutral chemistry, or severe staining requiring secondary spotters. A typical 3-bedroom Burwood home with lounge, dining and hallway runs $320-$480 as a package, and end-of-lease cleans include moving all portable furniture and providing the written certificate for bond refunds. Pet stain and odour treatment with enzyme digesters and underlay sanitising costs $140-$280 depending on the number of affected areas and whether urine has soaked through to the subfloor. We quote fixed prices over the phone after asking four questions: how many rooms, carpet fibre type, visible stains or odours, and your timeframe. No travel fee within Boroondara, and same-day bookings before 5pm carry no surcharge.

Every Emergency Carpet Cleaning Burwood technician completes Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification covering fibre identification, pH chemistry, stain removal protocols and drying procedures, plus factory training from Chemspec and Pro's Choice on their solution lines. All staff hold current Working With Children Checks and National professionals, required for our childcare centre and school contracts across Burwood. We carry $10 million public liability experienced and $5 million professional indemnity experienced covering accidental damage to carpets, flooring, furniture and building contents during cleaning — certificates provided on request for commercial contracts, strata body corporate requirements or if your home insurer asks for proof. Our professional cleaning equipment is serviced every 6 months and our business holds an ABN, GST registration and trades under public liability cover with CGU Experienced.

The technician arrives in the agreed 2-hour window, walks every carpeted room with you and points out stains, wear patterns and any areas needing extra treatment. We move light furniture like dining chairs, coffee tables and small side units at no charge; you shift beds, couches and electronics beforehand or we quote furniture moving at $15-$25 per heavy piece. We vacuum each room with a commercial upright to lift dry soil, then apply pre-spray to break down oils and grime, agitating traffic areas with a rotary brush. The professional system injects 90°C water and detergent into the carpet pile at 500 PSI and extracts it with 15-inch vacuum suction, pulling soil and moisture into the waste tank on the truck. Stubborn stains get a second treatment with enzyme or oxidiser, and we place air movers on medium-pile or wool carpets to speed drying to under 6 hours. After cleaning, we walk the property again, you flag any missed spots and we re-treat them before we leave. You receive an invoice and certificate by email quick response, with before/after photos attached for end-of-lease claims.

Clear floors of small items like toys, shoes, pet bowls and electrical cords so we can vacuum and clean right to the edges. Move beds, couches, entertainment units and heavy wardrobes away from walls if you want those areas cleaned — we move items under 15kg like dining chairs, ottomans and small tables at no cost, but quote furniture shifting separately for heavy pieces. Pick up valuable or fragile items from coffee tables and shelves, and secure pets in a separate room or outside during the clean since our hoses run through doorways and the truck noise can startle dogs. If you're in a unit or townhouse, arrange visitor parking for our truck near your front door or let us know parking restrictions — we need vehicle access within 50 metres to run hoses, or we'll use portable equipment and add a $60-$90 access surcharge. For end-of-lease cleans, remove all your belongings first so we can clean under where furniture sat and get photos proving coverage.

Yes — call 0399690821 any time, day or night, and a real person answers for genuine emergencies like sewage backups, burst-pipe flooding, large pet accidents or urgent stain removal before a next-day event. We respond within 2-4 hours depending on your Burwood suburb and the time of call, with a truck carrying extraction equipment, enzyme treatments, oxidisers and air movers. After-hours callouts between 6pm-7am or on Sundays carry a $60 surcharge on of standard per-room pricing, but same-day bookings Monday-Saturday before 5pm have no emergency fee. We class an emergency as contamination that poses health risk, water damage requiring immediate extraction to prevent mould or subfloor damage, or time-critical stains (red wine, beetroot, pet urine) that set permanently if not treated within 24 hours. Non-urgent jobs booked after hours go to the next available weekday at standard rates.
